Erica the massage therapist has excellent technique. She applies appropriate variations in force and duration with areas that were restricted verses more normal. She also changed the force and duration of therapy on tissues as they released.

the staff at the cherry hill location are very warm and welcoming. the esthetician mia is fabulous - she is very attentive and kind. my "home location" is south philadelphia and it seems there is always an issue when i try to use my package at the cherry hill location - it makes the check out process take 20 minutes or longer which is not very relaxing. it is advertised that a customer can go to any location nationwide, but every location does not have access to all the same information and it creates a barrier to the convenience of this option.

I love my massage therapist, Nawi, she is so kind and nice and if I have a problem area, she makes sure to spend more time. She is helpful with her suggestions for enhancements, for example, I often now add on the salt stone package after she told me about it. All the staff at the Haddonfield Road location are all friendly and helpful. I feel safe, everyone is wearing masks and socially distanced in the lobby.

I was taken on time for my appointment and my esthetician was very knowledgeable about the types of facial products that would be good to use for my skin type. She was very friendly and helpful! As for the in-take process, it was easy to come in, get my temperature taken, and wait briefly to be called back.
