I was highly satisfied when I walked in and was greeted by a friendly receptionist with a smile and very clean waiting room

During this difficult COVID time I still felt very comfortable with the set up of the waiting room. It is strategically scheduled so you really don’t even see another client. Heather was amazing, best hands in the business. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. We changed our minds on what we wanted facial vs. massage and you were still able to coordinate my daughter and I at the last minute. Receptionist were knowledgeable and very friendly. 10/10

Booking online was easy. When I arrived I was greeted. Check in was super fast and my service was amazing.

I enjoyed the amount of time spent on my skin for the price. I am not a fan however of them trying to upsell the expensive products in store.

I received a facial for the first time at Hand & Stone in Cherry hill the Haddonfield road location. I was satisfied with my esthetician’s ability to make me feel cared about. I loved how my service was catered to my skin with its own specific needs. Super relaxing and made me feel revived after!

Everyone was nice and professional. The esthetician knew what my issues with my skin by looking at how dry/oily it was. She gave really good tips and products to fix it. Receptionist were nice too and convinced me to sign up for the membership which I had previously but never used.

Was able to get an appointment date and time which met my schedule. $20 upgrade voucher. Competence of staff.

I received a massage and facial as a gift for Christmas. I only used the massage for my appointment with Melissa, and it was amazing. I rebooked with her and hope to continue to be able to see her.

My experience was great. My masseuse was great.

The good service and I really enjoy my massage and my facial they done a really good job and I will return from my second session
