Hand and Stone

I love Hand & Stone, there is never a problem. My massage therapist always works hard making sure my kinks are worked out.

The staff was learning/using new software but remained very welcoming. They answered my questions and made me feel as if I was the only client.

The therapist listened to my concerns about the back pain I had when coming is. She focused on those areas. She also had a great knowledge of muscle groups and physiology.

The appointment times run like clock work. Will is the BEST masseuse. Ease of checkout and not to have money or a card on me.

Hand and stone for me has always been top notch with their services, staff, and customer experience. They always accommodate and work with my schedule to get me an appointment. I feel safe and comfortable going to my massages.

I was hesitant as I did not know what the conditions would be, but was satisfied with the safety protocol and felt comfortable. I will continue to return to Hand & Stone.

I purchased the membership but have not seen any emails on it as the receptionist told Me I would receive. Still waiting. I also received no receipt
