Hand and Stone

Hand and Stone did a great job! I initially came in to get the gift cards during that promo at the end of July and the person who helped was awesome and then booked me for an appt right then and there, saving me time since I didn't have to call back. I had my appt confirmed the day before and then they were great when I arrived and Ericka, my therapist, was knowledgeable and helped me relax. I felt safe with all the precautions they were taking and plan on going back before the end of the year to use another gift card and I plan to do an add on next time :D

Front staff were friendly...as soon as I walked in, someone offered to help me. My massage therapist Erica was absolutely phenomenal. She suggested the deep compression in my last session two weeks ago, so I did it this time and I was really surprised at how much that made a difference. Therapist is highly knowledgeable and really great with listening to what I need the most help with.

The ppl was very friendly and understanding with me of my needs. The Doc recommended a product for me to use and it was amazing. I love it.

The pre screening process was thorough and easy. The wait time to be notified to enter was as per my appointment. The therapist, receptionist, and other staff were welcoming and friendly.

I really enjoyed the amount of pressure and time spent on my problem areas (neck and shoulder). I also really liked her feedback afterwards and recommendations for next steps. I will be back next week.

They are doing a great job with continuing services in a safe way. I love my masseuse and look forward to seeing her monthly. I am just happy the locations are open again and I can continue my packages.

I like massages. I wish it would be a whole hour that I get worked on. It relaxes me!
