Hand and Stone

During all of the COVID-19 issues that are going on, Hand and Stone really accommodated my needs. I was comfortable with every precautionary measure. The massage therapist that I had, Melissa, did an amazing job. She really helped me relax to the point where I didn't even notice I had a mask on. Her skills are top tier and I would recommend her to anyone curious about getting a massage at this location.

They charged me $10 for a package transfer. I explained that I didn't have a package transferred. The receptionist was short with me and as she walked me to the door, she said she would refund when I left. I still have not been refunded.
