I was surprised to find that I had been charged about $10.93 extra on several visits due to getting a deep tissue massage. I never realized the type of massage changed the price. I hadn't been told I was being charged this before, but when the receptionist looked it up she said I had been charged it several times. Then when I asked about using money from another package they would have to use an entire $59.00 package for just $10.93. So I had to pay extra out of my pocket. I guess I won't do any more deep tissue massages and I will be ending my membership as soon as all of my packages are used up.

I have enjoyed my membership at this facility. Melissa is extremely knowledgeable. She knows how to make you feel at ease and relaxed. I look forward to my monthly visits. She is upbeat and bubbly at all of my visits.
