When asking for an add’l service the therapist should say this is this price or this price ..although this may be awkward I only wanted and add on service not change the price of my entire massage to double the cost + $$

I have not ever had a problem with any of my appointments. I am new to having a monthly membership and am enjoying it. I am still trying to find that one therapist that I will just keep and book every time. I would recommend Hand & Stone.

Everything was explained in detail concerning my facial. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Suggestions made after the completion of my facial were very helpful.

Hello, My massage therapists Heather is excellent. She has strong hands and is thorough. The place is always clean and I like the nice touches like a heated table.

Skin felt well hydrated. Girl had knowledge with skin type.
