My massage therapist , Nawi, did an amazing job. I selected the peppermint scalp massage add-on to a Himalayan salt massage. It was effective in relieving stress - I even fell asleep. The facility was clean and inviting. I’ll come back for sure.

I did tell the therapist ( Tia) that I was having trouble with the amount of movement in my left arm. She did work on it and to my surprise it really helped. My arm is feeling much better and my movement increased.

Gwendolyn is an amazing massage therapist and I'm already rebooked with her. A note about the front desk: there frequently seems to be lack of communication between the receptionists and the therapists regarding add-on services. The therapists aren't told that one has been requested.

I have been a member at this Hand & Stone location for 5 years now and the staff at this location are the reason I keep coming back. Crystal has been my masseuse over these pass years and she is fantastic. She knows my history and focuses on the area of my back problems. I cannot say enough about Crystal and what a great person she is.

I love this Hand & Stone location. My massage therapist is wonderful. There are a few new girls at the desk that were nice, but I think they need a little more training. The girl checked me in & out didn't introduce herself. She wasn't sure of a few things either. But overall she was nice

This location was clean parking was quite easy and the therapist took the time to listen

My only negative is I booked online for the $59 special & was confirmed $59. However I did not realize until I got home I was billed $99 plus my add on. I emailed & have not heard back about the $40 overcharge.

I was on a couples massage. Both the staff members were great. In the past sometimes the massage would end a couple minutes early of the 50 minutes but they didn’t this time which is good

My masseuse was really nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. It was my first time with a male masseuse and he was able to apply the pressure I needed to my back. I can’t wait to go back.

Both the masseuse & esthetician were Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient
