Everyone at hand and stone was very knowledgeable. The environment is very soothing, relaxing and calming. I feel the prices are very reasonable for the level of service I consistently receive that Hand & Stone.

When I called to book my appointment the receptionist was very friendly. I was greeted by staff when I walked in. The esthetician was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. She walked me through the entire process and made me feel comfortable. Very pleasant experience!

The stores I have been to have all been immaculately clean. The staff are very helpful, and I appreciate their wearing masks. The last 2 times I got a facial, I have come in with a migraine and left feelin great.

Naima is very efficient, explains procedure well. Very knowledgeable SHE is good for what she does.Shows respect to customers, answers questions about skin care well.i will recommend her to friends, coworkers and family.

The massage was very relaxing and eased my lower back pain. The therapist was kind and helpful. The space was clean and relaxing. It was easy to book an appointment and get checked in ahead of time so that I didn’t have to wait once I arrived.

Jessi did a great job with my Cryo Facial! She made me feel comfortable and gave me cues about what to expect next. She was very friendly and welcoming! I would highly recommend her to any friends or family.

The staff is always accommodating, the results of cryo are amazing. My only 2 complaints are members should get some kind of deal and I was never informed until the day i came in you all do not take the FSA card anymore ... which my monthly memeber fee comes out of??? So I guess I am not a member anymore as no payment has been made. Otherwise great service 👍

The receptionists are always personable, friendly and helpful. They were knowledgeable in helping me find facial products I was interested in. Everyone from receptionists to therapists are always professional and friendly. I love having this available right downstairs from my home!

Everything was very satisfactory. Booking, reception, massage. Would prefer a short term membership package as an option with no upfront fee. Like three months for $210 includes three massages.
