Hand and Stone

This was my first time visiting hand and stone and my first time getting a facial. The receptionist was very welcoming (sorry I don’t remember your name!). Meaghan did a fantastic job at explaining what she was going during the facial. She recommend that I upgrade to a hydrating facial as I had surface dryness. I took her recommendation and I’m glad I did! I appreciate that she wasn’t pushy about the upgrade but instead shared the benefits and allowed me to make the decision on my own without feeling like I had to. Thank you Meaghan for making my first experience a good one!

The office is clean and safety measures were in place to protect staff and customers. The waiting area is welcoming and beautifully decorated and offered pre-packaged snacks and beverages. The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

Starlina did a great job during my Hot Stone massage. She spent a solid amount of time on my problem areas. She also was able to recommend another form of massage that I could benefit from based on my specific target areas. The Hot Stone massage was very relaxing (and exactly what I booked; I just didn't know what I was looking for) but I look forward to having more time to spend on my specific target areas. I will be returning!

I rated my experience at Hand and Stone with "Highly Satisfied" because I was! The business is operated professionally and the customer service is great. The therapist I had was very knowledgeable and provided me with the level of relaxation I was looking for. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Ryan is a great therapist. And I’m able to book with her regularly. Which is key to me not having to do a different therapist every tine.

Jacey was super knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns and problem areas. She communicated and checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure she was providing the appropriate amount of pressure. I left feeling much more relaxed and loose. She was an absolute delight and I'll definitely be back to visit with her again!

I tried t to book online and found it very frustrating. The website is not super user friendly. I would not let me book the himalayan salt massage at the time and day I wanted so I had to call and the staff were able to book the same day and time that I was requesting.

Rian is amazing. She relieves all kinds of muscle aches and tightness and leaves you feeling blissfully relaxed! I always feel better after a massage here.

Drew was my masseuse and the experience was amazing. He was super informative, and made sure I was comfortable. I will be returning!
