Adrian was very professional and my massage was incredibly relaxing! I felt healthy and safe and the staff handled customers not wearing their mask very professionally.

They greet me by name, my therapist Sandy is kind, sweet, always does a great job and listens to what I need and does it. I come every week.

I like the atmosphere. Staff very friendly. My therapist Lydia is awesome: listens to what i would like, responds accordingly.

This is my first time returning to Hand and Stone Porter Ranch since the start of the pandemic. Registration was a breeze. I'm glad the reception area is marked for social distancing and wearing a mask is mandatory. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Diane and Monica. My massage therapist, Lidia, is the best. Even after a year of not seeing her, she remembered my problem areas and is as friendly and effective as ever.

The appointment that I was requesting was not available and so I was put on a waiting list for a cancellation and was contacted within a few hours to schedule for the following day.

I have been a member for a few years. I have NEVER had a issue with the service or the facility. Even during the height of the pandemic, the facility went out of their way to offer the best service possible under very extenuating circumstances. The value for the money is amazing.

This was my first visit to Hand and Stone massage....I received it as a gift :). The place is very calming, very clean and everyone was friendly. What made my massage OUTSTANDING was Adrian ( I hope I am spelling his name correctly!!). I have had many massages in my life and this one was one of the best I have ever had!!! Adrian asked me what I would like him to focus on and what strength of massage I would like. He did EXACTLY what I had asked of him and he did it FABULOUSLY!!!!!!I will definitely be going back to him for another massage!
