I felt safe and comfortable as soon as I walked into the reception area. Every person I encountered was polite and friendly. The ambiance of the whole spa was delightlful.

I absolutely love getting my facials from Hand and Stone. Junko does an amazing job. Over the years she has gotten to know me and my exact skin needs. She is extremely friendly and always provides me with the right procedure/products. The cleanliness of the shop and staff is amazing too.

After experiencing quarantine for the last 13 mo it was nice to have a relaxing experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I look forward to my next visit.
