Up to Covid-19 Standards. Everyone was very welcoming. The massage therapist did an excellent job working on the areas I informed her about. Overall it was a great and relaxing experience!

Esthetician was very knowledgeable about what my skin needed and answered all my questions about the products she was using. Also she is always friendly when I come in for my facial.

Massage is still very expensive but love how I feel during and after.

Overall it was a great experience. I have been getting massages for a long time and have been using Hand and Stone for quite some time as well. The staff is usually always good and massages are always great. I know emergencies happen but was a little disappointed that I had called three weeks ago to get appointments booked at the same time for me and my boyfriend. First his person cancelled and it couldn't be rescheduled for the same day so we moved his till next weekend because it would have been another three weeks before we could get same day appointments again. Then mine also got rescheduled, but was able to do so same day just a different time with a different person. Since it was suppose to be a surprise for my boyfriend and his first ever massage it kind of ruined the whole surprise. Also there was a lot of noise in the hallway during my massage and the doors are very thin so it was a bit distracting.
