After being on lockdown for so long, it was fantastic to come in and feel protected and taken cared of. It seems that you all have worked out some of the kinks is there may have been. Good job.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. I feel safe being their. Never felt uncomfortable during the massage.

My aesthetician was so great I have gone to Hand And Stone Massage for a while now and she is by far one of the best ones I’ve had she spend time explaining everything to me the process and all the products that she is using will definitely request for her again

I hadn’t had a massage in quite some time. It was nice to take some time for some self care and ease some of the tension I was feeling in my lower back. Bianca did a great job using the warmth of the stones and hand pressure to relive the tension I was feeling.

These are my constructive criticism. I do not like waiting outside in the cold & wind after registering. Punctuality is important to me, therefore I want to be taken for service at the time made, not minutes later.
