In the past, I have been a regular visitor; COVID-19 put an end to that. This is my first massage in over six months. The amount of pressure I requested for me 're-entry' was perfect. I appreciated the respect the therapist showed me in maintaining a peacefully quiet atmosphere while at the same time informing me of the tension areas she felt during the treatment. The ease of check in and out was also perfect, allowing only the briefest of time in the enclosed waiting area.

My message therapist, Betty, used a comfortable amount of pressure during my visit and asked several times if I required any changes. I mentioned to her at the beginning of my massage that my knee was sore. She asked me a few questions about it and spent a little extra time working on my knee. This was my first time getting a massage since the pandemic started and I was a little concerned about protocols and how the service would be performed. I was reassured of my safety by the way the staff and my therapist acted during my visit.

I found my favorite masseuse and he has understood my needs (where I need relief / massage pressure) as well as aesthetician (where I have face issues). Both help me relax and I stay with this store with access to the providers. When I’ve had other providers here, I’ve rescheduled services to get my original providers.

After being on lockdown for so long, it was fantastic to come in and feel protected and taken cared of. It seems that you all have worked out some of the kinks is there may have been. Good job.
