I was really pleased that my masseuse, Betty, remembered and understood some specific physical issues I have that needed specific attention. I was very satisfied with the different types of pressure she used in different areas of my back. I was also grateful that she was very careful and helpful in helping me turn when I had to turn over...since I have difficulty doing that. She is a kind, thoughtful, experienced and very professional massage therapist.

Kari was amazing, I felt safe and relaxed. The receptionist were very welcoming. The only thing I did not like was the high price of $90 to use the machine (macro).

The front desk staff was friendly, check in and out was fast and efficient. Starting a membership was easy. My facial was great, relaxing. Only thing was only having a sheet to cover. Room was a bit cold. I felt guilty asking for a blanket but he offered it with no problem and explained the reasoning is not automatic. I also liked how he didn’t push products and just did my my facial. Totally satisfied with everything!

The massage was very relaxing. Hand and stone is very professional.

Through no fault of Hand & Stone, the lack of hours after 6:00 pm and the revised therapists' scheduled make it a little challenging to find a convenient time. I understand that Porter Ranch is expanding their days open, but not yet the time. It will improve as conditions allow, I'm sure.
