Hand and Stone

I was very happy with how the Therapist asked me to wash my hands and she washed hers as well before the massage. Also liked how we both were required to wear our masks and she told me she would and did wipe down handles before I exited the room. She asked how the pressure was for each new area she massaged. I was very happy with my visit.

I booked an appointment on line for Kari / 80 minute hot Stone. I was called the next day changing me to a different person. They did not say it would be 50 minutes. I cancelled the hot stone as I feel that the 50 minutes does not give enough benefit time for the stones. I just felt the online booking was not correct and was misleading. We were promised that members who continued their monthly fees would get a priority in reservations when you reopened. Then I was changed for who I booked online.

Appointment was available when I called. Clear expectations with waiting procedures prior to appointment. Great experience with therapist.
