Very clean, excellent products, very happy with service

The only thing that concerned me is seeing an employee refill their used water bottle at the water dispenser. I'm assuming they drank out of the water bottle and it was only about an inch from the water dispenser. I see that as a big concern.

Very friendly. Place very clean. It was hard to breath with mask on & hear what was being said.

Have been seeing Carly for a while. Always enjoy my time with her. She is very knowledgeable and knows what my skin needs.

Of course I was weary about returning for my massage but I was very impressed with the new procedures in place. I waited in my own car and called to notify them. I then waited for a text which was perfect to keep distance from other clients. In the bathroom I didn't have to touch anything after washing my hands (self dispensing paper towels and a step activation trash lid). I was also asked to wash my hands in the massage room before my service, the therapist did the same. I felt very much at ease.

I had a very pleasant experience. With more rigor required for check in and health safety, the team in Porter Ranch did an excellent job - from reception through the end of my appointment. Extremely friendly staff in reception and very personable and friendly staff for services.

Adrian was amazing. It was my first time seeing him. He focused on my aches and pains. Will definitely see him again

Great technician Didn’t feel that odd,considering 1st appointment when just opened during Covid. Felt perfectly safe.
