After being closed so long everything went seamlessly well. Felt like everyone was happy to welcome me back.

Was happy the Spa reopened. Very limited staff and no one in the waiting room. Got an appointment.

Everything was clean and sanitized. Customer and worker safety was high priority.

I am well pleased with the safety protocols that are in place. As usual, the ambient is welcoming and calming. The staff and care providers welcomed me with a smile and made my session a soothing and enjoyable one. Thank you!

It’s always a friendly environment and I felt safe. The Coronavirus situation was handled as well as you can. I also felt comfortable during the massage and will be back soon.

Everything about Hand & Stone in Porter Ranch has always been exceptional. The extra precautions now being taken have clearly been carefully thought out. The only problem was trying to deal with the on-line health survey. Neither my husband nor I could figure it out, so we had to print a hard copy, sign it & give it to the receptionist on our arrival.

Adrean is a friendly and knowledgeable therapist.
