Hand and Stone

It was my first time at hand and stone with my mom. It was a great experience and the additional add one were great. I felt so relaxed. I will return for a facial next!

The customer service is great in person. My facial was great I was able to get the results I was looking for.

I often have a tough time scheduling, due to my schedule, not yours. So, last Thursday when something of mine got cancelled, I immediately called - at 2:40 to see if maybe I could get a facial that afternoon. We scheduled for 5:00. Then the receptionist noted that I had several unused packages and asked if I also would like a massage. My favorite, Andres, was available at 3:00, and since I'm only 5 minutes away I was able to get there by 3:00. SO, I was able to get both things in! Fantastic! I brought a book and read during the intervening hour, and all was good.
