Making an appointment is so easy. I have a very hectic work schedule, but I am always able to get an appointment sooner than later! The staff from the front desk to rooms are so wonderful. Thank you ~

The therapist was excellent. She was knowledgeable and suggested add on services that I enjoyed. It was the first time I tried the stones and enjoyed the added heat.

I love Hand and Stone. The staff are always friendly, the waiting area has a great ambiance and I start relaxing before my massage. Sandy is the best massage therapist on staff. She is so knowledgeable and has an amazing technique. She always gives me advice on how to manage pain through exercise and stretching and pays special attention to my problem areas. the only suggestion I have is that Hand and Stone lower the music in the rooms. Sometimes the music is so loud that it's hard to just relax and tune it out. I asked my massage therapist and she told me that she couldn't individually turn the music down in the room, it's the same all over the building. Cost are continuing to rise...please consider lowering the membership.

The front desk always welcomes me by name which makes me feel special. Ryan has gotten to know what I prefer in a massage re: pressure and working out problem areas. I leave feeling great.
