love the massage but did not start on time and my session did not last the whole 80 minutes. the session ended at 80 mins from the start time of the booked appt time not the actual time we started. we walked into the room at 7:02 and my massage did not start until 2-3 mins later yet appt ended 80 mins from 7pm not from the actual start time

The location of the facility is very convenient to my home. I have always found the therapists very knowledgeable.

My massage therapist was VERY aware and mindful of specific areas that were problematic and was very helpful in relieving pain. She also used an oil that helped a lot. Judy was absolutely kind, thoughtful, experienced and helpful in promoting pain relief and relaxation. She's fantastic!!
