Kari knows my skin and recommends the best treatment. She is very professional and friendly, she is the reason I belong to this spa.

I am always able to get the same massage therapist who knows my areas that need attention. She shows concern about me and my needs. The receptionist is very knowledgeable and explains how I can get the most for my membership.

The employees at Porter Ranch were just fantastic. From Reception to the very end, it was the best massage experience I've ever had. I can't say enough about it really.

I called just to see if there were any openings as I had a free evening. They said absolutely. Joanna was wonderful and I will ask for her again for my next facial. Front desk staff was very friendly. At checkout though,once I said I was not interested in signing up for the special she clearly lost interest in me.
