I typically use Michael or Maria Elena but used another esthetician.. Aria? Airiah? I don’t remember her name exactly. I liked the facial however I noticed she went under the time I was allotted for me. We went about 45 mins, should’ve been 50. Wasn’t too happy about that.

I have been extremely pleased with your services considering demographically is works best with my schedule. I come faithfully every month and follow the suggestions of my esthetician even though I am knowledgeable as it helps to collaborate opening and with comfort. I am REALLY LOVING the dermafushion, stepped up my game and definitely the appearance of my skin clarity. Great addition to treatment services!

Wonderfully relaxing & peaceful service

I always instantly relax as soon as I walk in. Everyone is friendly and professional. The massage therapists are Fantastic!

Staff friendly

Carina is simply amazing! I had so much soreness in my upper body. She took her time and really concentrated on my areas of discomfort. By the time I left, my aches we're so much better. Really enjoy coming to this facility. Definitely returning for future massages with Carina.

The masseuse was very mindful of specific problems and needs I had. She was EXTREMELY helpful and effective. I was very grateful for her concern, care and expertise.

Stuff was very friendly, my therapist was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. I walked out of Hand and Stone very relaxed with big smile on my face!

The staff and services were incredible. My one concern is how the gift cards are handled. I was given a gift card that had 2 services, plus gratuity. I used one and the. Signed up for the membership. When I went to use the second one, I was told the person I that gave it to me used it. I feel that once a gift Card is given and redeemed by someone, it should be moved over into the account of the person who received the gift card, not leave it in the account of the purchaser. I have been having so many problems over something that was supposed to be a gift to me. How can someone wise use I gift card given to me? It doesn’t make sense. Other than that, the massage and facial I got were incredible.
