Michael is a great esthetician- very knowledgeable but also knows how to maintain a balance of serenity by not being chatty. . I always leave feeling very relaxed and peaceful.

I am 84 years old and have a facial once a month. Quite often people remark that I do not look my age. I give my esthetician credit for this.

A comforting place to go for help when needed. Able to get appointment with "my" therapist on short notice! Unexpected! Understanding when I've had to cancel appointments in the past.

Every time I walk in from beginning to end my experience is relaxing and welcoming. I enjoy the warmth expressed by everyone there. And I love the massage experience itself!

I am highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because the staff is very friendly. I’m also highly satisfied because the staff does not make you feel obligated to buy products. You are able to go into the spa to relax without feeling pressured into upgrading services.

I think Adrian did a very good job. It was my first time with him and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
