I am highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience because the staff is very friendly. I’m also highly satisfied because the staff does not make you feel obligated to buy products. You are able to go into the spa to relax without feeling pressured into upgrading services.

I think Adrian did a very good job. It was my first time with him and he made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
