Betty is the best! I have had other massage therapists at Hand and Stone all of which were good to fine, but Betty is excellent as far as I am concerned. That's why I keep requesting her when I make my appointments.

My regular therapist was not available, so the office called to reschedule and gave me an option to go with another therapist, who did a very good job and I plan to use her again.

Hand and stone is convenient and a very inviting place. The entire staff is warm and friendly and you want to be there. Judi is the best massage therapist I have ever had in my entire life. I only stay at hand and stone because of Judi. She is the only one that has been able to keep my aches and pain under control. Thank you Judi!!!!!

The Massage technician was very good. She check to see if the pressure was enough or to much. She has strong hands and relieved the tension I had in my next and shoulder area. Pleasant personality. I Enjoyed my experience.

I really like the facility, most of the front desk staff, and many of the therapists. My two complaints are: 1) when the therapists cut the 50 minute session short and 2) the coupons for $5.00 or $10.00 should be kept in your computer system on file on my account, as I often forget them. As a result, previously I have brought them in and I have had them added to notes on my account, only to find that when I want to use them, they no longer exist.
