Hand and Stone

Hand and stone is convenient and a very inviting place. The entire staff is warm and friendly and you want to be there. Judi is the best massage therapist I have ever had in my entire life. I only stay at hand and stone because of Judi. She is the only one that has been able to keep my aches and pain under control. Thank you Judi!!!!!

The Massage technician was very good. She check to see if the pressure was enough or to much. She has strong hands and relieved the tension I had in my next and shoulder area. Pleasant personality. I Enjoyed my experience.

I really enjoyed the message. I also found the booking process to be very easy. I will for sure return and have my husband go for a message as well.

I really like the facility, most of the front desk staff, and many of the therapists. My two complaints are: 1) when the therapists cut the 50 minute session short and 2) the coupons for $5.00 or $10.00 should be kept in your computer system on file on my account, as I often forget them. As a result, previously I have brought them in and I have had them added to notes on my account, only to find that when I want to use them, they no longer exist.

I was impressed with the service beginning with the receptionist. She was friendly and knowledgeable. The environment was soothing, clean, organized, and inviting. The message therapist Sandy was awesome!!! Will return to see Sandy she was friendly and knew exactly what I needed.

Judi (massage therapist) in the Northridge, ca location has really been the best massage therapist i have had in long time. I had such a great experience over this past weekend with the the hand and stone services and will be booking very very soon!
