Hand and Stone

I would not go to or recommend any other place then the Porter Ranch Hand and Stone. I've been a member sense almost the beginning and not only recommend but give out gift certificates to my friends and family. They make me and my Close friends (who introduced me to you) feel like family.

Every thing was perfect. I love my massage therapist, Brittney.

Andres (not sure I spelled that right) is great and knows how to address my problem areas. I love that he let me know I could use one of my extra available packages for four enhancements with the 50-minute massage. I didn't know that previously and it was great!

The place is clean, comfortable, and Keri who did my facial is a sweetheart, and very knowledgeable and skilled at her job. I think the ladies at the front desk are overwhelmed, and need more help. Sometimes the wait time for paying is too long.

Amanda is the best! She really works on the specific areas where I hold tension...and she is always checking to see if the pressure is good. I have seen her several times now and will continue to book as many appointments with her as I can afford! Thank you!

I really like the staff. They always make me feel special and welcomed. Everyone is ready to help and assist with any questions I have. Although the massages are not always exceptionally great for the price, I know that the therapists really try to make their clients feel relaxed and satisfied. The spa is always very clean, sweet-smelling, and not crowded.

The hot towel cold stone mini massage was wonderful. My foot was hurting, and masseuse helped. She got the knots out of my back.

As always, I was treated as a valued customer. The staff is always warm and friendly. My massage therapist (I'm not sure of how to spell his name), Andres, was wonderful and he clearly had a lot of experience. My problem is chronic so he couldn't make it go away, but he gave me relief from the pain I was feeling at the time. I will ask for him again the next time I come in for an appointment.

The Porter Ranch facility is like my adult Disneyland. I love that place as well as the people. Well done on staffing, care for the facility and over all client services.

Britney was very professional and made me feel extremely comfortable. She was very approachable and had an excellent massage technique.
