It could not have been better. My massage therapist helped me with a specific problem. She listened to what I needed and knew what to do. Everyone at the front desk was warm and friendly. The woman who gives me facials was there to greet a client and we greeted each other like old friends.

My appointment was in the evening (6:00). After a full day with its ordinary stresses, my experience at Hand and Stone allowed me to 'turn off' the worries of the day and to physically release the tension in my body. I could physically feel my muscles relaxing. I also truly appreciated the friendly welcome by the personnel in the reception area as well as my therapist's greeting. I felt she really was glad to see me.

The service and quality of services received were very satisfactory and pleasurable. The ladies did a great job of pampering me and it felt great.

Michael was very knowledgeable of the various facials and what my needs were. Very relaxing atmosphere and notice a positive change in my skin.

Samantha was amazing. I came in with back pain and she was able to diagnose the cause and relieve the symptoms. I do find the upcharges a bit cost prohibitive, but overall good value for the price. I hopelessly love this location and the efforts you take to protect our comfort and safety. Thank you!

Everyone is so friendly when you walk in. You immediately relax with the ambience. I love the positive sayings that you have on the chalkboard there should be more of them.
