Carrie is fabulous and the entire staff is very welcoming

The personnel are top notch.They are outgoing and knowledgeable. I can only come on Saturdays and I try to schedule three months in advance. It has become busier,therefore more difficult to get the appointment for a facial or massage with the person I am use to going to. I’ve been going for about 2 1/2 years every month and was paying $49 each month. It just went up to $59. I felt they should have kept the old price for the longer members. Especially since they are busier.

From the minute you walk in, there is a sense of calm. It is immaculate, smells good and the reception ladies are wonderful. The massage rooms are as immaculate as the reception area and my therapist, Betty, was the icing on the cake. You get a lot of cluck for your buck!

My massage therapist listened to what I needed and applied the perfect pressure to where I felt and pain or stress. I wish it was longer but next time. It was a perfect relaxing hour.

Maria Elena is a very knowledgeable and professional esthetician. Love her.

I appreciate and value the consistency of the service I experience at Hand & Stone. I always know what to expect from the professional and courteous front desk staff. Great relaxing experience!

I’ve never had a bad experience at any Hand and Stone. Everyone has been helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I have recommended hand and stone to many friends and family. Love having a membership and hope to continue making it every month if possible. It’s important for me to have this 1 hour “me time” with my hectic schedule and I’m happy to have hand and stone there for it.

Judi is a great massage therapist. She is very friendly and know exactly what the customer is looking for.

All associates were kind and helpful. The areas appeared clean and sanitized. The lighting in the room was calm and relaxing making for an enjoyable experience.
