The facility was very nice and the masseuse was very nice and good at her job.

Receptionist was very kind and friendly. The massage therapist was very thorough and focused on what she was doing.

Everything is great, but it is very hard to find an appointment readily available within a week at the times I need it. Most of the time I have to plan ahead 3 weeks in advance to get another massage.

The reception staff is always kind and professional. The massage therapist provided an outstanding full-body massage and I awoke this morning w/ less pain in my back than I've had in quite some time. And, the value for my membership price is outstanding.
