Every aspect of the place was wonderful for relaxation, from the staff, to the cleanliness and to the actual services provided. I was so impressed that I even signed up for a membership!

My facial is always catered to my needs. I have sensitive skin and she tries some new products which where great! It’s nice to have the same aesthetician each time so they know your skin type.

Sandy is great, good listener, attended to my needs. I like that she is not a chatterbox so I could relax.

The staff member at the check in was friendly and knowledgeable. The lobby was comfortable and nice. My masseuse, Candace, was incredibly good at "reading" my body and locating my problem areas and addressing them. I was comfortable except for the air temperature in the room, a bit too chilly. The cold stone face massage was icing on the cake. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. My body was ache free, and my face was bright and smooth. I signed up to become a member later that evening by phone (way too relaxed to contemplate it right after the visit). Candace had better stay on staff! She'll be my go-to person.

Paula is amazing! She is friendly & knowledgeable. The Himalayan salt stones were very calming. I definately will be back to see Paula again next month. Thank you Hand and Stone!!

The spa is beautiful and the rooms are very relaxing. The staff is exceptionally nice. Kari does a great job so I really like her!

Judy was my therapist and I am happy to say that I received the best treatment for me that I have ever experienced. She was very personable, very knowledgeable and I would recommend her to any and all. She was top notch!!! I would also like to commend the other staff for always making me feel welcome. It is a delight when I am waiting and hear how other patrons are treated, I am so proud of them. They conduct themselves warmly, friendly, and professional !! AND the decor is lovely and peaceful! What more could one ask??? :) :) :)

The massage therapist, Lydia, worked in the areas I specifically identified. She used good strong pressure and did not overuse the elbow technique. I’ve had another massage therapist there, a male, who used a lot of elbows but that is a bit too rough.
