Lydia is amazing! Not only did she address my issues, she can sense what I need. It’s hard to find someone who is in tune with my issues.

I am very satisfied with the cleanliness, massage therapists knowledge & skills, friendly atmosphere keep me hooked in this place! I have been to other places and this is thus far the best for me.

On other occasions, reception staff have been friendly and attentive overall. It was just on his day that I was not acknowledged and I wasn’t sure if I had to talk to someone to check in or just sit there and wait. Not as friendly as other visits.

I am very happy with the way the reception desk welcomes me and answers my questions. They are accommodating and try to match my desired date of appointment to my preferred massage therapist. Monica, Rachel, and Kayla are super friendly.

Although the esthetician was almost 15 minutes late I was very pleased and satisfied with my facial, the friendliness and cleanliness.

The quiet ambiance and knowledgeable staff created for me a most relaxing and beneficial treatment. My aesthetician is friendly yet knows when to just let me relax! I like that there is a little bit of face and neck massage worked into the facial.

From the momento i walked in ir felt very comfortable. My wait time was very shirt. The expedition help me in explaining everything I needed answered. Definitely will be back next month.

This was my first time having Sandy as my therapist. I really enjoyed her technique. Sandy made sure to work on my troubled areas. I felt very good when I left Hand and Stone to go home. Also I have been doing some extra stretching per Sandy's recommendation and it seems to helping me.

Professional and courteous staff. Clean environment throughout. Restful ambiance. Therapist was knowledgeable and experienced, would recommend her to other, I believe her name was Jenny. My wife and I will return.
