The accommodating staff and their friendliness was a big factor in my satisfaction. They seem knowledgeable and very professional. The facilities are also suiting and clean.

Everytime I go in for my appointment the receptionist’s make me feel welcome. They always remember my name and have me checking in prior to even finishing walking in the door. I see Kari regularly for facials and she is always so amazing and knowledgeable. She is so friendly and knows my skin and all the products extremely well.

Anytime I have an appointment, everyone is friendly and helpful. Always concerned about my comfort helpful if I have questions. My therapist was exceptional and I am so sorry that I cannot remember her name (it is a flaw of mine - always have trouble with names). Hopefully I will be able to request her next time. My massage was excellent. I can't wait for my next visit. Thanks to the entire staff.

Andres is a fantastic therapist. The benefit of seeing the same therapist is he knows when my neck is better or worse and asks if there have been any changes to my lifestyle so he can recommend adjustments, if applicable.
