Hand and Stone

I was booked for a 2 hrs massage but the therapist canceled. I was re-booked for an hr appt an hr later. Which i very much needed and enjoyed. It was a happy mistake. I only want this therapist to do my massages moving forward. Already booked her again. The pressure was prefect

The massage therapist is very good.

Started and ended right on top. Everyone was polite and masseuse was friendly and knowledgeable

Everyone from the receptionists, manager, and estheticians are all so friendly and knowledgeable about the services and products available at the spa. A special shout out to Kari, Steff, Lili, Morgan & Genesis for always being so welcoming, warm and friendly when I visit the spa. Steff is an outstanding esthetician! I've also had Jazzy and Alexa as well and they both are excellent too! Lili really goes out of her way to help the customers and I have watched her interact with other clients and she truly is a gem! I think it would great if the spa were to implement having newly graduated estheticians provide facials at a discounted rate thereby allowing a new graduate to obtain experience and training. Perhaps like an internship. Everyone has to start somewhere. Just my thoughts.

1st time and needed a facial badly

I really like JD. She's friendly and makes an effort to provide a relaxing, quiet, comfortable environment. Many of the other Therapists I've used here do not do a good job of this; either by using a regular (not quiet/soothing) voice, lights too high, excessive talking.

The staff at this location is great! The masseuse that gave me the massage was great, as well.

Overall atmosphere nice but the best part was the massage therapist Raul. He was great and probably the best massage I’ve had

It was an overall good experience. I brought my daughter and granddaughter. My daughter became a member.
