The spa is always clean and relaxing. It is easy to make an appointment and find a time that works for my schedule. The staff is always pleasant and friendly. I usually come for a massage and the therapists are wonderful. This was my first facial and it was very good, however I don't usually get them so I think it's unlikely I'll have another one for awhile - though that is no comment on the work of the esthetician.
