From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is very attentive and caring. My esthetician Alissa was beyond amazing, she did such an excellent job with my facial. My face was so smooth when I was done and felt brand new.

Jenny is a very skilled and talented therapist. H&S is always very clean, relaxing, and enjoyable. My only concern is that the cost has gone up, though I am a member, this does change the amount I tip. With so many other massage places, I am tempted to end my membership, and go elsewhere for less. But the quality of service makes up for the price. Plus, any customer loyalty perks/gifts would be appreciated.

Judy is an amazing massage therapist!! I love her & her technique. Maria Elena gave me a great facial. Carina (not sure of spelling) was a pleasure (& always is) booking our appts. The girls at the reception desk were very sweet & welcoming!

Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. They are always on time. I do miss June my massage therapist, the two different once I've had since she left are good.

Overall since I have become a member I have enjoyed and utilized my membership, mostly for the facials and microdermabrasion. I have 30 years experience working in the field of skin care from a product development and marketing angle. My only recommendation is the that the décolletage is an extension of a woman's face and therefore the facials should include this area with all treatment services done on the face. As my famous dermatologists always says on a skin care regime, Nipples Up!! Thanks and Azure is great

Jenny is the best massage therapist. I absolutely love the work she does. She listens to her clients and their needs and does a very good job at getting those wishes accomplished.
