The therapist set the tone for the massage. Made me feel very relaxed and listened to my needs. I felt great afterwards and the cold/hot facial upgrade instantly relieved my headache.

I did this before. Your first question not have a place to check for people who are members and come once a month. Hand and Stone has wonderful people at the desk: friendly, congenial, knowledgeable, and greets you by name. The employees are professional in every way and become good friends to their repeat customers. The Porter Ranch management is outstanding: highly skilled professionals, high morale level, lovely surroundings, cleanliness, so well organized. Can't think of anything to improve. I'm sure they are very busy but never lose their desire to extend every courtesy to all their clients.

I feel like Hand and Stone Porter Ranch is like a second home to me.
