Lydia replace my appointment that was booked with Vickie. I am very happy wit Lydia and will continue with her. Lydia understood what I needed and addressed the issues.

Maria my massage therapist know where my problem areas are and works to alleviate the soreness and stiffness of those areas. I always feel better after a massage.

Everyone is very professional and massage therapist was very good . Left feeling relaxed.

Kari is wonderful. She is friendly at the right times and very quiet and peaceful at the right time. The reception staff is always caring and wanting to make you feel welcome.

Vicky has been my massage therapist for several months. She always listens to my requests. I am sorry to see her go.

I thought I'd be uncomfortable with the process since I had just one facial in all my 70 years. And I didn't think I'd look any better for my age. But I was so wrong! My skin was dewy and felt fantastic for several days after. Even now a couple weeks later and counting there's a wonderful difference, especially since I purchased the hydrating mist and the clarity moisturizing oil. I've received so many compliments. I first came to this office when it opened and am so pleased that some of the original staff is still there, it gives me sense of reliability. Some spas are gone quickly. Staff is generous and provided additional treatments because I'm a member and that took my service to another level! I am truly satisfied with the Northridge team. Especially JR, his skills helped heal tough spots that others had not been able to help.

I am pleased to find a place so close to home that offers facials for reasonable price. I was in and out in an hour which was great. Having available appointments in Sunday is also beneficial to my schedule.

The staff is always super understanding and cordial. They listen and help you with what you need. Make sure that I'm always satisfied or in the "know" about certain promotions.
