The front staff is always friendly, warm and welcoming. When I've asked about a product or service or for a recommendation for a particular kind of massage, they have been knowledgeable without being pushy. I have had Junko every time I've scheduled a facial and she is wonderful. The facility is not far from my home so it is convenient for me to get there. I've never had anything but a pleasant and relaxing experience.

The massage therapist is great! I have had him once before and will continue to request him. Facility is very clean and relaxing.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience with my facial/microderm. The girls in the reception are are super nice and friendly, they made me feel welcomed. Sheila, my esthetician,was very knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. I was worried I may have redness/irritation after the facial, but experienced absolutely no side effects. My skin feels and looks amazing and I have already recommended Sheila to my friends. She's amazing and I will definitely be back!

Britney did a great job. She has a very good therapeutic touch and was able to locate where I was having pain and did an awesome job in relieving my pain.

Rick listened to where I asked him to concentrate on. He was knowledgeable about stretches to help the pain. Overall experience was great.
