My upper back and neck are where I carry most of my tension so I requested to focus on those areas primarily. My therapist was able to get into the problem areas but also didn't cause me any pain - usually, I either get relaxed but don't have muscle relief or I have muscle relief and it's painful. On top of that, everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite.

Judy did a great job, like usual. I really enjoyed the massage and it was a perfect way to start the weekend :)

The ambience of the room and the professionalism of the therapist

Carly gives wonderful facials. The ambiance both in the reception room and in the treatment room are both welcoming and clean. I always feel good after my treatments.

The quality of the masseuse and environment is key and I am never disappointed. My first time with J.R. and he was excellent. Reception staff is always welcoming.

The consistency of both good service and highly relaxing and enjoyable down time for myself is a winning combination. The place is clean, the people are professional and friendly. They keep very good track of my past services and current points, so am happy with my membership!

Overall good value for the services. It's taking some time to find just the right therapist for me, and I plan on continuing to book with Betty. The fact that she doesn't have wide open availability is a good thing, it means she is in demand. I left Massage Envy because the therapist I used stopped working there.
