From the moment I entered to the moment I left, the overall experience was incredibly friendly and relaxing. The masseuse was thoughtful with her questions and checking in with me throughout the massage. I will definitely be returning.

Bianca was fantastic although she was 5 mins late.

1. Very professional. They have a great way making you feel welcome and comfortable. 2. They don't make you wait to attend to you, as soon as you walk in Masseuse is ready for you. 3. Masseuse is concerned of my needs when asked what type of massage I want.

Neri was fabulous in understanding what I needed in terms of relaxation, stuffy nose and needing to be face up part of the time, and how gentle I needed to have her address my osteoarthritic hands, fingers and toes. She made it perfect in every way.

No matter who I book with I get a consistently excellent massage. I have some arthritis and they always ask about medical conditions and apply less pressure to areas I note as being sensitive

My massage was relaxing. Giovanna, the masseuse has great technique, she would check in with me regarding pressure and if I wanted more time spent on a specific area. Everything appeared clean. Friendly staff.

Everyone at Hand and Ston is so friendly. Jazzie is amazing. I always leave with a glowing face, totally relaxed and happy.
