I enjoyed everything about my massage. However, I was charged $30.00 for CBD oil that I didn't ask for. I had a gift card for $79.00 and wanted a Hot Stone Massage so I only expected to pay an extra $20.00 but was charged an additional $30.00 for the CBD oil. I also tipped her $20.00 which I wouldn't have done if I knew I was going to be charged extra for something I didn't ask for.

I was highly satisfied with my massage therapist, Bianca. However, I'm not sure I received my full 50 min massage. My appt was at 10am. I arrived at approx 9:55am, but wasn't called back into the massage room until between 10:05 & 10:10am according to the clock in the reception area. Then I had to take time to disrobe. However, the massage ended at 10:59 according to the clock in the room. That being said, I would still return to this Hand & Stone location. It's a very nice location and atmosphere.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. My esthetician Junko, did an excellent job as always.

Judy is a great massage therapist. Her reflexology skills were by far the best Ive ever experienced. I was able to fully relax which I so needed.

I like the cleanliness and professional atmosphere in the lobby. The staff area always super friendly. I have a favorite therapist, but have loved all that I have tried. I also like that they keep notes and history of my visits and issues and that my therapist always asks what is going on with me before starting my massage.

I had a severe pain on my lumbar area, the therapist offer me to use cannabis oil for the massage and i accept it, after the massage I felt so much better and the best I notice that I had so much energy the rest of the afternoon, that's why I decided to go at least once, maybe twice a month.
