Hand and Stone

Since my last therapist no longer works there, the receptionist was able to recommend me another therapist with similar pressure and style. Because of that, I have been extremely, if not more, satisfied with my massages. My therapist makes sure I’m always comfortable and feeling good during the massage. She seems to have a lot of experience. The receptionist are always very kind and patient. I feel very welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed at Hand and Stone.

Both the masseuse and esthetician did a great job with their respective services. I felt relaxed and happy. I left feeling like I had received a luxe day spa experience. I will rebook with Alexis and Amanda for the same services.

Massage therapist used just the right amount of pressure and checked with me through out the massage to make sure it was OK. I have had massages in the past where the pressure was way too much! (not here). My only issue is that while my back was uncovered and she was working on my legs, there was a fan or something that was blowing on me and making me cold. I did not mention it to my therapist at the time because I didn't want to complain.

Lovely experience. Knowledgeable and nice staff. Good to listening about problem areas and helping make better. Will be returning to Porter Ranch location.

Jazzy has been amazing! I have been going for just under a year I think and every time is amazing with her & the entire staff. They are never rude or impatient. The team in porter ranch is amazing thank you.

The therapist paid attention to the specific areas I have difficulty with. She offered suggestions for upgrades to assist with treatment for specific problems that day. She has a very pleasant personality, always friendly, and speaking calmly and coaching breathing to help me relax even more during session. Always a pleasure!

I live out of state so I will return when I visit.The girl I go to is very knowledgeable,personable and makes me feel very comfortable.

Receptionist are always so friendly they make sure to ask if you need anything to drink while waiting. My massage therapist always asks how I have been feeling and if I need a full body massage and if she needs to focus on what parts of the body have been bothering me.
