I love the convenience, the location and the professionalism of the therapists. I like the ability of the appointments, and I enjoy the professionalism and kindness of the front desk.

My esthetian was great at making me feel calm and relaxed. The facial felt great. I wish I could go more often to get a facial.

I tried someone new, Bianca. She was soooo sweet and did a great job. I felt like she spent time on things most people don't, like your hands. She was so nice and great.

Reception area needs to be clean of clutter. It’s not welcoming not relaxing to see boxes with products or carts and paper goods stacked up on the counter.

I love the welcoming atmosphere. I feel calm as soon as I enter the location. I benefit from the massage sessions and Bianca is an amazing therapist 🥰

Professional staff, value with membership and knowledgeable staff

I take comfort in seeing the same esthetician and working with the same person on my skin goals. The front desk is always sweet and helpful. The location is convenient when I am in the area and not stressful (re: parking, traffic).

The friendliness of all staff seemed very genuine. Their timeliness for appointments was spot on. The knowledge of the esthetician was great for someone who has problem skin.
