Hand and Stone

This Hand & Stone is in a location where there is ample parking. Although the waiting area is small, it is comfortable and spacious enough to allow for safe distancing. Because I am a member, the only thing I had to do was show my vaccination card and sign my name - no unnecessary paper work. My wait time was less than five minutes and my therapist was prompt and welcoming. During my session, she was solicitous about the pressure used and about covering all my areas of concern. During and at the end of the message, I was provided with a warm, most towel for added comfort. My leave-taking was not rushed. I was offered water or tea and I was also given time to schedule my next appointment. All of the above made for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

The facility is very nice. The massage bed was comfortable and heated. My only issue is that during these Covid times & having to wear a mask, it is very difficult to breathe through the small "donut hole" of the table when face down with your mask on. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about that though.

Stephanie is a great massage therapist. She was professional, friendly, and made the massage a great experience.

I like my therapist,Sandy. Very friendly, accommodating and makes me relax. She knows how to focus on the areas I needed most. Ambience helps a lot in relaxing.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable but not pushy. Absolutely loved the massage and facial. Front desk staff was helpful, open and honest about payment.
