The minute I walked into the lobby the receptionist was friendly, offered me water. Sat for 2 minutes & Judi came out with open arms. Judi is so professional, friendly, asks questions before the massage. She makes me feel special. Love Judi! She is truly thee Best!!

The atmosphere was great, I felt relaxed and comfortable. The massage therapist did a great job on focusing on my problem area. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was so happy I joined and signed up for my next massage in two weeks as Sandy suggested it. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Alexa is a very knowledgeable about her craft and is very easy to get along with, and truly cares about her clients. I do have a question: when will the steam be brought back?

This Hand & Stone is in a location where there is ample parking. Although the waiting area is small, it is comfortable and spacious enough to allow for safe distancing. Because I am a member, the only thing I had to do was show my vaccination card and sign my name - no unnecessary paper work. My wait time was less than five minutes and my therapist was prompt and welcoming. During my session, she was solicitous about the pressure used and about covering all my areas of concern. During and at the end of the message, I was provided with a warm, most towel for added comfort. My leave-taking was not rushed. I was offered water or tea and I was also given time to schedule my next appointment. All of the above made for a very relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
