She is so knowledgeable, really takes the time to answer and address any of my skin concerns, and shows that she cares for her customers. I book my appointments every month to get a facial from Jazz. I was greeted and helped with the Covid-19 form and offered water or tea. Issac, my massage therapist for about a year remembers my requests areas of special attention. I now trust him to perform a deep tissue massage and always leave so relaxed and feeling much better in the weeks that follow.

Betty was an excellent massage therapist. She concentrated on the area I was having a problem with.

The staff is very welcoming when I walk in. The esthetician is friendly and knowledgeable, she suggests treatments but I never feel I am being ‘upsold’. The facilities are clean and warm.
