Samantha is the best massage therapist. I do wish there was a locker or safe place to store purse as I lost a necklace that fell out of my purse as I had remove it for service. If we could store things more safely, it would be nice. I did call and no one turned it in. Overall service wise no issues!

I love getting my monthly facials with Junko - I have very dry skin and she takes care of it like a pro. Now I am adding massages with Sam and I am very satisfy with both services.

Everyone is friendly as soon as you walk into the lobby. The atmosphere is pleasant. I wish you had more positive sayings . There is usually one in the lobby and one in the hallway. When I read it it is so inspirational and I share it.

All the people in the reception area are so warm and friendly. Annie is the best message therapist I have ever had.

Front Desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Welcoming upon arrival and genuinely interested in my experience upon exiting. Tracey was very gentle, friendly and explained everything she was doing as she went. Overall lovely experience with exceptional customer service.

Impressed with the knowledge and skill of all the technicians who I've interacted with. The support staff is also really nice and helpful. Only wish there was a spa closer to Pasadena, Arcadia area!
